If you follow a special diet or think you may need more than the provided snack during the tour, we recommend bringing additional snacks or sandwiches with you.
This tour is not a hike or a climb, and most locations are easily accessible. However, there will be some uneven terrain, steps, rocky paths, and natural surfaces along the way.
➣ The optional sunset hike to the Rock Window viewpoint requires good walking shoes and includes a short hike on uneven terrain. This part of the tour may not be suitable for guests with walking difficulties or limited mobility.
* Outside the summer months, please bring a jacket and long pants, as it can be windy at the highest pooint and chilly at sunset (below 10°C). Even in summer, a light jacket is recommended for the evenings.

The area is also a favorite with hikers, but we will discover the crater on a leisurely stroll from a different perspective: easy and accessible, NO hiking required.

Views across the Island
A Scenic Stop Above Gran Canaria
Mountains & distant horizons: on the way to the highest point of the island, we make a short stop in the mountains to enjoy impressive panoramic views of Gran Canaria. In clear weather, you can even admire Las Palmas far in the distance, surrounded by the green northern landscape and volcanic mountains. A perfect moment to take photos, breathe the fresh mountain air, and experience the quiet beauty of the island from a unique perspective.
And then… the grand finale
Sunset at the Top of the Island
The highlight of the tour is a magical sunset at Pico de las Nieves. Reach the highest point of the island and take in breathtaking views as the sun sets over Gran Canaria. Enjoy a peaceful sunset above the clouds (weather permitting), with stunning views of Roque Nublo and even Mount Teide on Tenerife. Relax with a selection of local Canarian snacks (included) while soaking in the serene atmosphere.

Join an optional short but adventurous hike to discover the island’s spectacular natural rock window — a hidden-feeling viewpoint surrounded by dramatic volcanic scenery.
