Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change.
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our guests while allowing us to plan our tours responsibly.

Cancellation at a glancee

Enjoy free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled tour. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour, as well as no-shows, may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking price, subject to our Cancellation Policy.

1. Booking confirmation

Submitting a booking request does not automatically confirm your reservation. Your booking is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email.
Please review your tour details, meeting time and pick-up information carefully after receiving your confirmation.

2. Free cancellation

You may cancel your confirmed booking free of charge if your written cancellation reaches us at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time.
To cancel, please email us or use our contact form. Include your name, tour date and booking reference, if available.

3. Late cancellations

Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking price.
This fee reflects the costs of tour planning, reserved places and the limited opportunity to offer those places to other guests at short notice.

4. No-shows

If you do not arrive at the agreed meeting point at the scheduled time and have not cancelled your booking in advance, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking price may apply.
If you expect to be delayed or cannot attend, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details in your confirmation email or give us a call.

5. Changes to a booking

Requests to change the tour date, number of participants or other booking details should be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time.
Changes are subject to availability. Requests received later may not be possible to accommodate and may be treated as a late cancellation where applicable.

6. Cancellations by Your Gran Canaria

If we need to cancel a tour, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and explain the available options, including any applicable refund or alternative arrangement.
No cancellation or no-show fee will apply when the tour is cancelled by us.

7. Exceptional circumstances

If unexpected circumstances affect your ability to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider the situation fairly and in accordance with applicable law and our contractual obligations.

8. How to cancel

To cancel your booking, please reply directly to your booking confirmation email. This allows us to locate your reservation quickly and keeps all booking details in one place.

Your cancellation is considered received once your written message reaches us through one of these contact channels. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation in writing. We recommend keeping our written confirmation for your records.

9. Payment of cancellation fees

Our tours are normally paid for in person on the day of the tour. If a cancellation fee applies under this policy, we will contact you with the amount due and payment instructions.

Payment can be made by PayPal or bank transfer. Please follow the payment instructions provided by our team and include your booking reference with your payment.
