Airport Transfer

You can use our Airport Transfer Booking Form.

You can cancel or modify your booking. For changes or cancellations before 48 hours of your scheduled pickup time, please contact us via email or by phone. For assistance required within 24 hours from your scheduled pickup time, please call only the phone number you got on the reservation confirmation email.

  • You will receive the confirmation email within 24 hours.
  • Some e-mail may not be received due to anti-spam filters. Check your spam folder to see if it’s in there.
  • If it’s not, check to see that you gave us your correct email address when you booked.
  • If you did, then please contact us again and we’d be happy to resend your confirmation email.

Prices for our transfer services are quoted per vehicle (one way) and not per person.

According to our policy we have fixed prices, without hidden charges. In this way you pay the price shown. No extra charges are applied for diversions or traffic jams.
There are no additional charges for nighttime.

You can pay your driver for your airport transfer when you arrive at your destination.
We accept payment only in euro.

For airport pickup the driver waits in the arrival hall, holding a tablet with your name on it.

Yes, flight arrival times are monitored. Your driver will be kept aware of your flight’s arrival time and will be waiting to pick you up whenever your flight does arrive. All at no extra charge.
If you have problems collecting your luggage, please call the telephone number supplied in your booking confirmation email.

The driver will wait up to 60 minutes after your flight has landed, then he will try to call you on the telephone number you provided. After this if there is still no sign of the passenger, the driver will leave the airport.

If you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage please call our phone number to ensure that your driver will wait.

You have the telephone number of your driver in your confirmation email. Please call the phone number and you will be connected to your driver.

Each passenger (up to 4 people) may carry one piece of baggage with a maximum weight of 23 kg and hand luggage with a maximum weight of 10 kg (maximum dimensions of 55cm x 40cm x 20cm).
Please note if there are 5 people in your group we can carry only 1 normal cabin luggage (maximum 55cm x 40cm x 20cm) and 1 small bag e.g. handbag, laptop bag etc per person.

Yes, they are available free of charge. Please specify the children’s age on the reservation form in order to allow us to provide the proper seat.

Yes, under certain conditions.
