Because that day we already have a tour and it may not be the one you would like to do with us.

How it works

• Choose your preferred date and fill in the form fields.

• Your booking is not automatically confirmed. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email within 24 hours of booking with the meeting location and time.

• A minimum of 6 people is required for a tour to go ahead. If your chosen tour does not reach the minimum number of participants, we will contact you a few days before the tour to update you on its status.

• Please provide a valid email address and phone number so we can contact you, especially on the day of the trip.

• If you need to make any changes to your booking, please contact us.

• Please arrive on time. We recommend arriving at the meeting point 5 minutes before the tour starts.

• Free pick-up and drop-off are available at selected hotels in Las Palmas (including the cruise port), Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas. If you would like to be picked up from another location, please contact us before booking or check our FAQ for information about pick-up fees.

Local Payment and Cancellations

• Cash payment on site.

• Card payment on site (+2% surcharge).

• The tour price is paid directly to your tour guide on the day of the tour (in euros only).

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour.

• To cancel or change your booking, please reply to your booking confirmation email.
